Class Descriptions

Please note that many classes are for people aged from 14 year+ however classes which involve more weight bearing exercises are for 16+. For more information contact reception.
Exercise Class Details 

Aqua

Aerobics

A pool based workout that uses the water as resistance for a great cardiovascular and toning class. Suitable for non-swimmers.
Studio Cycle If you like to cycle you'll love this class!  A brilliant cardiovascular workout!
Strengthen Up A class designed to tone and shape those muscles. Resistance equipment including weights and band may be used.
Cardio Combat A workout combining kicks and punches, not only a great way to burn calories but a fantastic stress buster.
Circuits Set around a series of work stations this workout improves cardiovascular fitness and increases muscular strength and endurance. All participants work to their own fitness levels. Still one of the most effective classes you can do.
Pilates Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back.
Bounce & Tone A double challenge fitness workout, enjoy the variety of the rebounder and body tone.
Triple Challenge Triple challenge is suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. Start with 15mins of cardio on the bikes followed by 15mins to strengthen the core and finishing with a 15 mins stretch component to improve flexibility and strength.
Zumba A unique and enjoyable dance style workout to tone and shape those muscles, improving cardiovascular fitness and leave you feeling energized.
Rebounding Bounce your way to fitness on our small trampolines.
Boxercise Punch your way to a perfect physique the fun way.  Relieve tension and improve your fitness with this one hour challenge.
Boot Camp Military style training for a total body challenge.
Core Stability A class to improve fitness, suppleness and posture, whatever your age.  Relaxes and invigorates your body. 
Tai-Chi Relax Experience the art of Inyoshin Tai-Chi in a relaxed and supportive environment. Bring you Mind and Body into balance.  One step at a time, learn to be the best you can be.
Yoga  Try Yoga a spiritual quest for tranquility, happiness and health.
HIIT Camp  A versatile and highly effective cardio and toning class suitable for both men and women of all fitness levels. If you want to improve your overall fitness and blast the calories away, then this is the class for you.
TRX TRX is an exercise system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to allow you to perform hundreds of effective exercises to develop strength, endurance, balance flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
TRX Circuits A full body workout incorporating functional exercises and TRX core training.
TRX INTERVALS A combination of cardiovascular conditioning and TRX strength routines.
Fit-Fusion A morning training camp that will get the day started outright, with focus to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, awareness, weight management and more!

You must be 14 to take part in any fitness classes.
