Class Descriptions 

Please note that many classes are for people aged from 14 year+ however classes which involve more weight bearing exercises are for 16+. For more information contact reception.

Exercise Class Description
Insanity

A full body conditioning workout to ensure a complete workout from head to toe.

Indoor Cycling

A highly motivating cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. 

Stay Fit

Set around a series of work stations this workout includes cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. 

 

Leg, Bums & Tums

Muscle toning and shaping for the lower body.

Pilates
Based on the principles of re-balancing the bodies alignment. Pilates is a fusion of eastern and western philosophies teaching breathing , body mechanics, balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility. Focuses on core stability.
Bodytone Conditioning class from top to toe.
Tai Chi Specifically designed for arthritis and fall prevention. Calm your mind and strengthen your body whilst improving concentration, co-ordination and balance.
Step n Tone Step combinations complimented by toning work.
Triple Challenge

Step, aerobics and body toning combined to make a total body workout.

Physical Strength

Yoga

Asana yoga poses, develops flexibility and strength, and focus' the mind.

Boxercise

A high intensity and total body workout that incorporates both upper and lower body exercise and co-ordination using boxing techniques.


You must be 14 to take part in any fitness classes.
