All site owners must now comply with the
Regulations when making, amending or deleting site rules. It
is important to note that any site rules made before
26th May 2013 must have been renewed (even if the rules
are to remain the same). If you’ve failed to do so any

A licence is required, under the Caravan Sites and Control of
Development Act 1960, for land that - is used for the
provision of living accommodation comprising of caravans/mobile
It is an offence to operate a caravan site, without a valid
licence, or, in non-compliance with conditions attached to any
