South Staffordshire Council believes that within service delivery, equality is fundamentally about ensuring needs are equally identified and met, and by giving exemplary customer services.  The Council endeavours to consult with its residents and businesses on major issues or policy changes wherever possible and we use a variety of mechanisms to seek views. 

 

At the centre of our approach is the South Staffordshire Partnership and Locality Working, which has been designed to make services to be much more responsive to meet local needs. 

 

The South Staffordshire Partnership brings together District and Parish Councillors and key public service providers such as the police, fire service. Health and the community and voluntary sector to solve local issues and encourage local people to play their part in helping the Council and its partners to tackle major issues that concern our residents.
