The estate provides three units ideal

into larger premises. Part of the Council's former depot,
the premises were refurbished in 1987 to form these
units, several of which have a loading platform facility. These
units were extensively refurbished again in 2008 and re-clad in
insulated profile steel.
All units have mains services (except
gas) connected, including a three phase electricity supply. Each
unit has its own toilet and wash hand facilities. There are ample
parking and loading areas.
Leases are available on 3 year terms, or on variation subject to
negotiation with the Council. All units are let on a full repairing
and insuring basis. All units are insured on a common policy by the
Council and the cost recovered from tenants. Incoming tenants will
