You may be entitled to claim for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support from the Council as long as your savings or investments are less than £16,000. (If you are receiving Guaranteed Pension Credit you may be entitled even if your savings exceed £16000).

To find out if you could qualify:

  • You can arrange for one of our team to visit you at home.

  • Visit our Customer Services Team at the Council Offices in Codsall (Monday- Friday 8:45am- 5pm).  These appointments can be made in advance.
