Unauthorised works and uses

Maybe your neighbour has started building work, and the first you knew about it was when they started hammering. Maybe someone on your street has started repairing cars on their driveway, and it seems like more than a hobby. Maybe there's a piece of untidy land in your area, covered in weeds, rubbish and scrap metal.

All of these things - and many like them - can be breaches of planning control. If they are, we want them put right as much as you do. Please get in touch with our Planning Enforcement Team and tell us about them.
