Sponsorship and Donations

As a community sports facility, we are always on the lookout for new sources of funding. Although we are a small club, currently offering very basic facilities, we hope to grow considerably year on year with the introduction of our second league team.

Donations are much welcomed and are always put to good practical use in small projects within the club, such as extending the playing area or re-fencing sections of our boundary.

Sponsorship is an area we readily intend to exploit. We do have a few small sponsors, but compared to our potential advertising space, there is much room for improvement.

Business advertising around our boundary fencing is a terrific possibility, and no doubt would pay dividends to anybody who advertised - for instance, there are regularly thirty people or more in attendance on match days. Also, sponsor’s advertising on cricket shirts and caps is, at present, viewable on up to twenty two players on a match day (which spread over a full fixture weekend would equal forty four).

This is a very plausible advertising opportunity for any local business.

If anybody would like to donate to the club, or is interested in sponsoring the team, please do feel free to contact us.
